Why are Russia/Ukraine/Uk always beating up all other countries at boxing?

Lets face it.... Eastern Europeans, Brits and Mexicans dominate boxing.

When was the last time a Black African won an Olympic Gold medal.in boxing? Or a Black African was a p4p fighter in the pros?

South Asians have never won a single olympic gold medal in boxing ever lol they cannot fight to save their lives.

America have been going downhill more and more since the ex soviet union countries could turn pro. There is currently only one american in the top 10 p4p crawford

Lomachenko, usyk, alvarez, fury, beterbuev, josh taylor, golovkin. All in the top 10 p4p is very revealing as to who dominates boxing.

Like Malignaggi said ' the time of the black american in boxing is OVER'

Eastern Europeans aren't worth crap in boxing

say it like it is, ex-SOVIET countries, or ethnic russians

only the countries that were once part of the USSR and blessed with the slavic rus' genes and boxing tradition and system are doing well

and even an asian country like Kazakhstan, because it was part of the Motherland too

the rest of eastern europe is as useless as a broken leg on a football player

where are the romanian, bulgarian, serbian, greek, etc champions I wonder?

there is very little if any boxing in those countries, there is no history or tradition of it as far as i can see so how would they produce boxers in that case?

The point I'm trying to make is that saying "eastern euro countries are a force to reckon with in boxing" is deceitful bs

because it's only the ex-soviet countries that are doing well

          we should instead be saying
          "the ex-soviets"
          "the sons of the Motherland"
          "the ethnic russians"
          etc

Can you imagine if the USSR was reunified? it'd be the world's #1 power in boxing bar none

I don't think it is about ethnicity, it is about the culture and programs set in place 'From the soviet era's'.

Russia, Poland, Ukraine probably the most dominant sporting countries from the old soviet 'When it comes to Olympic sports such as Track and Field athletics, Gymnastics and boxing etc

Note: I am not sure whether Poland was even under soviet reign? I don't think it was etc

Dumb race baiting thread. The facts go against your argument. The most dominant groups in boxing are Mexicans (including Mex Americans) and Black Americans. You can add up all the countries of the former USSR and tally up all their champions currently and they still pale in comparison to the North America fighters.

And the "Russians werent allowed in the pros" argument doesnt work because they still fought at the Olympic level and they still fall behind USA and tiny ass Cuba in gold medals........and thats with combining all the former USSR nations.

Are the Eastern Euros a factor? Yes. But to say they are "dominant" is flat out ******, especially since they are never even forced to move up in weight and conquer MULTIPLE divisions (the only exception is Loma).

I kno "Black African" dam chill out besides look at crawford he is one of the top 3 boxers p4p in boxing. Besides if u wanna look at the US here in the states we jus have more popular an less physical sports here simple as that. I personally would put my kids in more single person sports like combat sports golf or tennis but it makes it easier on the kids to grow up in team sports an learn a bunch of things in life being a part of a team with people
