      He doing a lot of talking from 2000 miles away. He could get the titles easier if he went looking for them, instead of waiting for them to come to him.

        Besides PBC shutting everyone out everyone else been fighting for the most part. Hooker-Ramirez was a unification put together with TR and Hearn.
