Better fighter Carlos Monzon by a mile better Boxer Mayweather. The difference Mayweather boxes Monzon came to fight to take your life, the guy was a psychopath

Very close in my opinion. Almost a tie. Neither ever lost a fight but Monzon had a draw. I gave Monzon a slight edge because I think he beat better fighters on average although both beat lots of good fighters. Both of them were very skillful but Monzon was a big puncher and Mayweather was just an average puncher.
