Toney did not fail against Ruiz or Rahman. The Ruiz fight wasn't even close and he came out of shape against Rahman and still should've won the fight. Oh please don't mention any steroids, because anyone with a little brain knows that Toney is not a steroid user.

Booker was ranked in the top 10 in one of the divisions, he was also a similar boxer like Byrd who was undefeated.

Both Ruiz and Rahman were champions when Toney fought them.

Like I said in 6 fights Toney's resume is better then most HW today, only Rahman resume is better.

The reason he would deserve a lot of money is because of his NAME. Just like when RJJ got a title shot the first tiem he fought as a HW. This is how boxing works, popularity = $$$$ Wlad/Toney would be a huge draw IMO.
