Did not expect this to happen but interesting nonetheless. Wonder where JRock goes from here? I know Breadman wasn't all too pleased that the rematch didn't happen with Rosario immediately. But JRock said he had to have some operation to get right.

Let's see if Breadman addresses this in his mailbag this week.

    Red - He won't.

I sensed it was coming. Pointed it out when Breadman was critiquing another fighter shortly after J-Rock lost. He was saying that fighting shouldn't have been pawing at his cut because it let his opponent know that it was bothering him and let his opponent know where to attack.

I found that telling because J-Rock was pawing his cut in the Rosario fight and that must have anger Bread.

Damn, Breadman a legend in my eyes. I like Jrock too. I wonder is Breadman will train or is even open to training other fighters?

Breadman stand up guy but I think he peaked when Jrock won the title from Hurd. After that he didn’t really teach Jrock anything and for the love of god couldn’t even teach him to avoid upper cuts.

Jrock always been a chinny guy and those philly wars took a toll on him. Maybe I’m wrong

J rock needs to go to a coach to teach him better defense or have a much tighter guard, maybe Bomac or Badou Jack’s old trainer!

Both of J-Rock's losses were bad ones.

I thought he had been able to put the Charlo knockout behind him when he beat Hurd. But then he got crushed by Banana.

Reading your post, Virgil Hunter comes to mind.

                  Hell nah lol

Virgil isn’t good for defense, he’s good for strategy and guidance!

Ward was a special fighter, Virgil had Dominic Breazeale trying to throw a uppercut at Wilder from long range lmao and his other fighter Barrios got a gift an can’t control distance as the much taller man that well!
