You’d be surprised how many criminal cases there are from personnel doings things to the elderly or disabled homes. I never understood abuse from employees to prey on the weak. This is why there’s heavy screening for employees for such institutions yet cases still rise..and some cases are really vile in nature. Ironic because it’s the sick minded working in such institutions for some sort of misconduct. I read in America news of personnel raping in disabled institutions.
