What do you mean by this?
Like if Yarde had beaten Kovalev? If so then Canelo couldn't have come to 175 to fight Sergey and nobody would be calling for him to fight any Light Heavyweight.
Or maybe you mean Yarde beats Kovalev and then Canelo comes to 175 and beats someone else? If so people probably would be calling for Yarde would to fight Canelo. But depending on how dominant Yarde had been in his hypothetical victory I would imagine fans would be more interested in Canelo fight Bivol or Beterbeiv.
Or do you mean if Yarde-Kovalev hadn't taken place at all and Sergey went straight from Eleider to the Canelo fight? If that were the case absolutely nobody would be calling for a Yarde-Canelo fight based off the fact Yarde only beat Spelman. In fact he'd be pretty far down the list of potential opponents for Canelo at 175Comment

lol Kovalev himself said after the fight that it was basically a money grab, he even called anyone who thought he(Kovalev) had a chance of winning, a bunch of idiots. The Yarde fight took a lot out of Kavalev. Canelo's team saw Kovalev had no legs and couldn't take bodyshots, so they dangled a big wad of cash at Kovalev and had him fight without any recovery time.Comment

Just like Rigo said he wasn’t prepared really for Loma or how Klits said he was done in the Aj and Fury fights.Comment
