The more I read, the more I feel I need to stop coming here. Why would these guys fight next? They're doing it right, right on schedule. Let's say they fight tomorrow.... then what? Crawford just got to the division basically. If he wins, every other potential fight for the next two years for him is useless. Porter after that? Danny G after that? Why? The top man would've already been beaten. If Spence wins, what next for him? He's not in a situation where he HAS to move up yet, because there's a few fights left for him at 147. So why fight Crawford now and dull his next 3ish fights before moving up?

Crawford Spence needs to be Spences last fight at 147 before he moves up, and it needs to be Crawfords career defining fight at 147 (not sure if he has intentions of ever moving to 154 or not). So why on earth do you impatient, non-understanding fans think this fight needs to be next?! Use some logic people. Crawford hasn't even fought ONE of the moderately big names in the division... Thurman, either Garcia, Porter, Ugas even. Relax people! It will build! And it will happen!

Gonna be a snorefest if this ever happens. I’ve said for years it’s not going to. But let’s say they do agree, both will be past their physical best. The accident took something from Errol. He won’t be the same. Crawford will be 34, 35 by the time this ever happens. This is just a fight that I don’t see being great. They waited too long. Can you imagine Morales and Barrera not fighting in their 20s? Or Mosley and De La Hoya waiting to fight til 2005? This era just gets worse and worse. These guys are content getting the most money for the least resistance.
