Very smart by Bud. Getting a minimum of $3 mil to face the likes of Mean Machine and Brook (or Ray Robinson) while Spence faces the top of the division. The Keith Thurman situation should've opened up a lot of people eyes but they're hate for anything PBC has them blinded. His own manager (Bomac) wasn't part of the Thurman discussions with Top Rank and he doesn't know how much Keith wanted. He only knows what Top Rank told him and he never asked them to make a counter offer. Top Rank also told him they were working on the Pacquiao fight. That was also a lie.

Yea ok man. Offering Danny $3 mil through his father but offering Khan $7 mil. They thought they were getting an easy opponent with a big enough name to sell PPV's. Only one part was right. He's an easy opponent. The only fight Crawford would pick over Spence is Pacquiao because it's a big money fight. But this is what Top Rank does. Look at the cans they lined up for Fury once they knew he had the Wilder rematch.

Team Crawford won't negotiate with Danny, Shawn, or Thurman. But they'll call PBC about Josesitio Lopez.
