What people dont understand is this guy has been looking for big names to fight for a long long time. Yea TR gravytrained him in a sense but they never gave him that big name he was looking for and "that" I belive is why he kicked them to the curb. That and the false promises. This kid is the real thing. I stand behind all I preach about Zurdo. Hoping he gets the chance to prove to the rest of boxing fans what I already see and belive. We will all see a new Zurdo from here on out at 175. The kid is a monster and is ready to prove it. So get to work champ! Btw forget Chavez jr. Can't prove a thing there, wasting your time with him.

Seemed like a dumb move for him getting away from the Top Rank gravy train he was riding. Was getting majorly overpaid to defend against stiffs. Think he overplayed his hand cuz it doesn't seem like other promotional companies are jumping to sign him & meet his terms. He's neck & neck w/ Ancajas for having the worst title reign in recent memory. Lets get that Zurdo/Hart trilogy--the fans demand it!!

This is literally TR strategy.. they've been doing it for ages. If he fights in house stiffs of course hes gonna make more money. When the guys start asking for bigger names outside the stable then all you hear is crickets.. yes maybe he had it good but when it came to the top fighters he wanted that weren't in house he probably wasnt getting the answers he wanted.
