I think he’s on the right track here planning to go right after Lomachenko and make it a fight. It’s his only chance, a puncher’s chance, and Try catch him as early as possible. Once lomachenko gets into his rhythm and starts backing opponents up and going into defense mode it’s all over, he’s unstoppable.

350-1 amateur record, multiple Olympic medals & a world championship in a handful of fights... is this kid ******ed? That’s literally the opposite of a hype train...

Translation: I see Lopez being spooked. He's talking trash recklessly, and this shows me lack of confidence and fear. He's sounding like Rigo did before he fought Loma. The writing on the wall.

On another note, I think Loma is excited because he knows Teo is a challenge and I think that is what drives him as a boxer, P4P. Its a great fight either way and Teo better be holding five aces or hes not going to make it.
I think about how Loma's switch flipped the moment FeoFimo got a belt. Prior to that he would just shrug Teo off and people wanted to say, "Oh look he wants no part of Lopez...He's ducking Lopez, etc" The minute Lopez beat Commey, he was like, "Let's go, let's fight".
He has a sort of ****ey demeanor sometimes, but he's all business. The opponent is almost irrelevant to him. He's going for belts, plain and simple.

If Loma is 100% healthy for this fight, I don't think it will go 12.
And I think Lopez is going to be a lot more cautious than people think. He has a few tricks for a young fighter. Believe it or not, I think Teo might earn a little respect in this fight. Also I think the absence of fans is the wild card. Who will that affect more, Lomachenko or Lopez ?

Good point bra. I think Lopez will quit at 7 rounds if he still survive until six rounds. Loma schools him like Mayweather schooled Canelo. Teo has no defense, experience and no ring IQ.

I agree to but there is no convincing people until they see it with their own eyes. So let’s let them see it and reserve judgment to after the fight

He will end like Walters. Lomachenko probably retires him.

This thread had potential, until these euro-bum fans showed up speaking German.

Linares is a much better boxer than Lopez.

Very true, these days unfortunately. People did used to appreciate fighters for their fighting ability, and that was enough. Being a gentleman is now seen as a sign of weakness though.
