I think Tysons reign all of the way up to the point of Spinks edges out Barrera on this one.
He was unstoppable during that time.
Destroyed everyone put in front of him.

Yes, Barrera has a better resume & better opponents, but that's not Mike Tyson's fault.
Like Roy Jones, he was just wayyyy more talented than everyone else in his time
To this day, Tyson's the only heavyweight in history to be ranked as the pound for pound king by The Ring Magazine.
Barrera was great, but he wasn't pound for pound king great.
