Whatever happened to the super large freak show boxers?

Your Valuevs, your Butterbeans, your Primo Carneras.

Tyson Fury is the only notable one left. Andy Ruiz got close in his last fight.

Taishan Dong is kinda there (guy that sparked out Bob Sapp in kickboxing. Dong boxes too).

But we need those freaks. They sell tickets just because of their ridiculous size.

Fury is much bigger then Carnera .The rest of the heavyweights have caught up so when you see them they look average because they tower over 6”4 now .

There’s a few fighters above 6”9 coming up ,I wouldn’t call Ruiz a freak he’s a short stubby guy. Jerrell Miller is 6”4 and makes him look small in comparison but he was also on gear .

The freak fighters are basically here already they are the huge giants who are very athletic now ,it’s all a marketing scheme. Butter Bean didn’t fight full fights if we had 4 rounders fighters wouldn’t need as much strategy his rep was built off of publicity 1 minute rounds .

Valuev is more of a giant but he was basically a bigger Carnera but he was extremely slow and lethargic,to me the freaks are more like Fury who can move and have speed at his size .
