Mayweather is wisely choosing his opponents up until a De La Hoya or Mosley fight. Baldomir is probably not going to KO him and he can't outbox him. Same with Gatti. With Judah, it was obvious that Zab was beatable when he got whipped the fight immediately prior.
I'm not a fan of the real life Floyd Mayweather, but I would like to see him challenged. I think DLH and Mosley could both potentially beat him. I'm willing to wait until next year to see one or both of those fights.
In America at least, those 2 fights are bigger than a Hatton or Margarito fight...Comment

And I'm not hyping them up until they get beat, then calling them bums or washed up. I'm a Floyd fan. He hasn't been beat yet and I don't see anyone in boxing that has a very good chance right now of doing it, so sorry if I seem confident in his abilities. I understand that upsets happen, but lets be serious: Hatton, Baldomir, and Margarito lack the boxing skills to even make it a close fight. Spinks has nothing but a jab. Mosley knows better than to fight PBF. DLH has the best chance, but still not a great chance. Give Cotto two fights at WW and PBF vs. Cotto might be a classic. Your boy Tony... be serious, no chance in hell. I'll give him one thing: he is a killer when he gets his opponent on the ropes. How many guys have gotten Mayweather pinned against the ropes? I mean really trapped, not just leaning back on the ropes dodging punches cuz PBF does that all the time. Margarito is a terrible fighter in the center of the ring and Floyd will easily outbox him for 12 rounds. Then everyone will attack Floyd for fighting a nobody. Thats not being on someones nuts that the truth.Comment

If Floyd gets past DLH and Mosely next year, then we'll probably see him fighting the other guys. He's a business first kind of guy, and he's not going to do ANYTHING to **** up a potential fight with the guys mentioned.Comment
