Yeah not all people Spar in Sparring matches, they should be shot for that!

I suppose that would have alot to do with it, I think you can take the worst beating ever and wait like 1 year at least, maybee 5, to recover, come back and do it again and be fine. It's when you don't wait enough in between fights IMO. What you guys think?

Some guys just seem to be able to take incredible beatings and laugh about it, while others don't really get a beating and...man. THey say that McClellan hit harder than Benn, and he took the worse beating of the two...He was fine physically after that fight! I wonder how this stuff happens :/ Scary

**** sparring with Heavies...no fighter ever was able to continuously take Julian Jackson power shots the way McClellan did in their first fight.

Both Benn and Jackson could ****, Benn in his young prime looked like the biggest ****er around but most guys got up from his ****s within say 15 seconds or so ( although still on ***** street lol ), Herol Graham was out cold for 6 minutes. . . .

Jackson is the greatest knockout puncher I have ever seen.

          And when I say knockout...

I mean guys simply not getting up-when Jackson hit you there was no ref to jump in and wave off the fight-the second the punch would land the fight was absoloutely positively OVER.

Your telling me that Benn hit harder then The Hawk?

Whats gonna cum out of your mouth next...Allan Green is stopping Joe Calzaghe in one round?

            You dip****.
Benn was a much harder hitter than Jackson. Jackson was the better KO artist - he had his S.A.T (speed, accuracy, timing).

It works like this - Jackson's KO's were beautiful, Benn's were ugly.

Look, man. Benn tried to take your head off with each and every shot he threw, Jackson on the otherhand waited for the right time to unleash the right punch, he looked for that one KO punch.

Benn hit harder, no question. He was wild power, and caused more damage to his opponents than Jackson did. I'd much rather be KO'd by Jackson, because I'd be asleep! Jackson's KO's were more accuracy than anything, look at them and you see they are all right on the button. Benn could hit you anywhere and smash you over, every shot hurt.

Listen Juy...The G-Man was hit flush with multiple knockout shots from JAckson...how he walked thru them is beyond me but it does appears that as time went on he was never the same after his first encounter with Jackson.

From that first fight with Jackson Gerald was reported with severe migraine headaches-Jackson was a one of a kind.

Hey Juy...are you predicting Calzaghe to get blown away buy the younger fresher Allan Green?

McClellan had heavier hands than Benn, he was VERY heavy handed.

As for Benn being physically fine after the fight, Bwaaaahahaha! Do me a favour!

Benn collapsed through exhaustion on his way back to the dressing room and was rushed to hospital, it was horrific. Benn suffered fractures to jaw, cheek bone, nose, ribs and hands, was urinating blood for days and an x-ray showed a shadow on the brain. He was also concussed, and all the ligaments in the side of his neck were ripped.
