    Leo Santa Cruz is embracing the underdog mentality ahead of his junior lightweight fight against Gervonta Davis on Oct. 24 on Showtime pay per view. Santa Cruz (37-1-1, 19 KOs) will be fighting for just the second time at 130, while Davis (23-0, 22 KOs) will be dropping back down from 135 after making his division debut as a lightweight in December.

      He has to make SURE not to fight Tank if he comes in over 130. Call the fight off if he does. Yes it will piss PBC off but still have GB who don't throw MexiCANS to wolves...

              He's going to have to be brilliant, busy, accurate, and mobile. I don't see how Leo Santa Cruz can beat Gervonta Davis. I actually see Leo getting knocked out in the same manner that Jose Pedraza was knocked out. Leo, and Pedraza both have the same body type, tall and thin, and aren't know for their power. Pedraza started off out boxing Davis, but when Davis caught him with that power it was basically over. That's how I see this fight playing out. Leo just doesn't have power in his punches, and Davis is going to right through him like a tank, which is his nickname.

                      Is leo even capable of "brilliant boxing". Kes a come forward volume puncher who does this weird twitch every time he throws a punch. He's probably getting ko'd.
