Why is Brook wasting time with Crawford negotiations

He is ranked at 154 by WBC , WBA and WBO. Brook already made millions fighting and he won`t get some huge payday fighting Crawford.

He should go for Rosario - Jermell winner or Teixeira.

Or move up to 160 and fight GGG again, get destroyed again and make some more money.

Brook isn't challenging for belts at 154 because the only champ there he has a chance in hell at beating is Teixeira, and he has a mandatory he has to fight before he can make a voluntary defense.

He is scared to fight a world class 54 pounder. He turned down fights with Horn and Munguia(when he was at 54).

I think he figures the Crawford fight is a payday with no risk.

If he loses, 154 and Khan still exist.

If goes for 154 or Khan first, is Crawford still there?

Maybe if he wins all those fights?

Yes, perfect logic. The man who went up 2 full weight classes to fight GGG is scared of other fighters. GTFOH, ‘tard.

Too small for 154. Why he’s still chasing Thurman and Crawford. 154 might be more comfortable for him, as he makes some dough beating up strippers or what have you. Like Spence and other fighter’s, who usually fight over the weight they’d get known for campaigning as champs in. No point killing yourself for a fight with no belt and just a money grab.

Look at the facts. I'm well aware of the fights he turned down at 154. Are you? Getting your ass beat by Golovkin for 5 million dollars is alot different from getting stopped by Jaime Munguia as his mandatory only earning 25-30% of the purse.

He'd get paid about the same for a fight against Liam Smith but he's still chasing Khan. Khan fought Bud so now Brook wants to fight him to show he can do better than Khan.

Brook turned cherry picker after he was KOed by Spence 3 and a half years ago. He has won 3 fights in that time over mediocre 154 pound boxers and looked lousy. Crawford turned cherry picker after he won the welterweight title. this will be the battle of the cherry pickers. The big difference is Crawford can still fight very well while Brook is a washed up fighter who has lost his love of boxing and his determination and will to fight his heart out to win.
