    Brook could beat Crawford

I would bet on Crawford if I was betting.

I would pick Crawford to win if I was asked to make a pick.

Obviously Kell Brook has been beat up and knocked out and is probably done.

    BUT...

He’s way bigger... WAY BIGGER than Terence Crawford.

He should probably be at 154.

He’s an excellent boxer. He was outboxing GGG before getting stopped. He was outboxing Errol Spence before getting stopped.

    This reminds me of Canelo-Kovalev.

Canelo was expected to win. He should win. Kovalev was old and beat up.

BUT... he was bigger and an excellent boxer.

So it made for a dramatic fight that felt up in the air late.

This is a very similar fight. I expect it to be close past the halfway point and I expect it to feel very dramatic at that point.

I think Crawford will then take over and win a wide decision.

But I wouldn’t be shocked if Brook beat Crawford.

A couple years ago before he had his face broken by GGG and Spence, sure I give him a good shot to beat Crawford.

      Now?

Not at all. I can see him being stopped.

Golovkin is a plodder... and Spence gameplan is to break you down and stop you, not get cute...

but I agree with your bottom line

I wouldn't be overly shocked if Crawford got caught... but I would not bet a dollar on that happening

        my prediction:
this fight is the end of the line for Brook as a major player

I agree with you about the weight, he will never fight at welter again

always liked Brook's willingness to get in there with anyone

        dude is a badass

He's a good fighter, so why not? I just don't see it. Crawford is too mobile for him, sharper as a counter puncher, bigger, more power. I can't tell you one thing Brook does better than Crawford.

Even Crawford's trainer admits that Brook is a wounded duck.

His best punch is a straight right so he is capable of landing on Crawford. We will see how Brook reacts to getting hit hard with punches he doesn't see coming to the head and body. Crawford fights nothing like Spence who just tries to use his size to lean on you, push you back, and grind you down.

Brook couldn’t beat Bud in his own dream whether it was pre or post broken eye socket Brook.

Obviously Brook is damaged goods, but not only that, he's totally dead at 147.He just doesnt have the energy for Crawford.

Glad someone gives Brook some credit for fighting two monsters back to back. After months of swearing blind he was going to duck Spence, the narrative changed to him being ****** for taking the fight from the usual idiots on here.
