Care to show me where I said any of this? Please show me where I said "AJ wouldn't be able to hit Fury at all". Here is my point, Fury is too crafty to get hit enough times where it will make a difference in the fight. If Fury is honestly worried about AJ's power then we will see more of his boxing and defensive side show up. Based on each of their lasts fights, AJ does not look that good.

Dave Allen sparred Fury and said he spars nothing like he fights and basically when he spars, he plants his feet and fights.

Also Fury was a very different fighter back then too.

At the end of the day, Some sparring they had 10 years ago is going to have no bearing on this fight.

I think we all know Fury has superior skills, but of course that doesn’t mean AJ isn’t going to land shots at all. it’s boxing.
You went into more detail that I did but this is basically what I was saying. Anyone who takes sparring stories for gospel and believe that they tell the real story needs to spend more time in the gym. The guy arguing with me is making it sound like AJ is the only guy who has improved since their sparring days and that Fury is the same then and will get beat.

Yeah because Andy Ruiz is clearly on the same level as Wladimir Klitschko.

Tyrone making a fool out of himself as usual.

No conspiracy. No nandrolone like Fury. No tainted gloves hahah. Just a straight up victory. The ref is supposed to break it up when they clinch. Idiot

So, you pull up an article from New Zealand? Where Parker is from. And that's supposed to be relevant? Hahahhaahhahahaahh

Gladly: "To knock someone out you have to be able to hit him."

This is based on pure speculation as you obviously didn't realise they have met before.

How is what I said wrong? To knock someone out you have to be able to hit them. Did AJ knock out Ruiz? Did AJ knock out Parker? Why are you so obsessed with a sparring incident that happened years ago? Why are you obsessed with validating AJ? I used to like him a lot and thought he had great potential but I have always thought that he was put in the spot light too soon before he could master his craft. He still has a lot to learn and to me it does not seem like he is being pushed hard enough to strengthen his weaknesses.

I'm not obsessed with a sparring incident at all, I was using it to prove you don't know as much as you pretend to, nothing more.

To be honest, I think your initial comment was more of a stock "funny" retort, but there are those on here that genuinely believe that AJ won't touch Fury all night.

I come across as a big AJ fan because I spend so much time defending him from nonsense claims and underappreciation. I would do the same for Fury if people were knocking him for unjustified reasons.
This fight is a lot closer than people seem to think.

I don't rate Fury at all. He's a boring fighter that beat a paper champ who held the WBC belt hostage for years by refusing to fight any top HW.

Worse, he ran away from the klitschko rematch cos he knew what could have happened to him had he gone straight into that rematch

After watching both Fury-Wilder fights and knowing that they are trying to make a 2-3 fight deal between Fury-Joshua I would not be surprised if the first fight is a draw or very close just to sell the next fight(s). I appreciate AJ as much as he should be. I liked him very early on in his career but I have not really seen him improve on his weaknesses over the years until his rematch with Ruiz. I think AJ has tremendous potential and has done a lot with the little amount of time he has been boxing for. I just think that he is unfortunately a product of the boxing promotion machine.
