Pac landed more. That should be enough to win.

Robberies happen and this was one of the more blatant ones.

Assuming that pac did land more, it's much easier to sit back like Pac did and pick off an attacking fighter. If Horn had done the same then there would been no fight so boxing is a lot more than numbers otherwise BoxRec would be all that is needed.
