    I am talking about a guy who is about 170 and 5.8-5.9
    Also, maintaining six pack has a lot to do with genetics.
    I got a six-pack, but I eat a lot, I mean a lot of everything, good food, junk food, everything, I eat about 6 medium sized meals a day and I got 28 waist. So it really has to do a lot with genetics.

        well, if i don't exrcise, i can gain weight very quickly...

        so i have to exercise...

        and i do have an accent, although i can speak (almost) without accent, but i prefer to speak with some accent

        tfor example, i pronounce the word "matrix" as "m-u-trix" instead of "m-ae-trix", because the latter sounds gross to my ear.

          I am 5'11 tall and weigh 200 pounds. I have 32-32.5 inch waiste, depending on the shape i am in.

            i just have big shoulders thats what wieghs alot, but i could be in better shape

              I think your waist is probley larger than that. It sounds like you are really stocky from your height weight. Or you just have massive thighs / legs chest / arms.

              Im 6'4 at 170lbs and my waist is 34.

                im 6'4 and 230, i have a 32-33 inch waist also.

                if i worked out constantly i dont think i could achieve anything under 30 inches even in optimal shape, even if my weight were as low as 200.

                i remember reading an interview with karl malone once where he said he has a 32 inch waist, and he weighed upwards of 280 pounds, now those are some serious genetics.

                  yes, i think it does depend on the genetics, of course... but i think one could get into reasonable shape witout any genetics

                    Having an under 30 waist is overrated, hard to find pants/jeans of that size, and have to resort to european trademarks.

                      do you lift weights?

                      my chest and shoulders are big (genetics), and i have a corresponding relatively large waist (with no fat on it); if anything, given my height 5:11, my waist should have been smaller than yours, don't you think?
