"rising superstar Tim Tszyu" - this is an oxymoron. If you are still rising you are not yet a superstar. If you are a superstar you don't/can't rise anymore. Boxing Scene getting on the hype train before it's even pulled out of the train shed never mind the station.

Aside from that the only superstar in the world right now is Mike Tyson - as in household name and still (theoretically) active. If I said Canelo to my sister she'd look at me blankly. And the more I consider that the more I think the upcoming Mike Tyson event will be a huge ppv success.

Mmm. Clearly Bob's made a fishing expedition already but he's also clearly spoken to this Rose dude about Tim coming to the US, be very surprised if Arum doesn't end up getting a co-promotional deal on anything Tim does on American soil... be a win-win really cos the US market ain't a place for small foreign promoters to go swimming by 'emselves.

Mmm. Interesting... Multi-sport and entertainment promo gig, seems a fairly young but aggressively expansionist company. Got basically nothing except Tim in terms of boxers though, they're defo gonna need help in the international game.

Tim is legit. Watch his older fights. Improves every time out. Big future

Eh. More I think about it, and having re watched this fight, plus watched Tszyu's fight before this against Jack Brubaker (Aussie domestic level guy), I'm thinking Tszyu might not be that good. At least not yet.

He's clearly talented, especially with his boxing IQ. But this version of Jeff Horn was utter garbage. Barou and Culcay fought today and both those guys would have wasted that version of Horn basically whenever they wanted to.

Tszyu still makes some mistakes- he got caught a few times against Brubaker who is no where near world class. His power is very questionable. He is small for the weight. I'm definitely a fan but I'm being realistic. He could very well end up a typical Aussie fighter- get to world level, fight someone elite and get obliterated.

I'm still not convinced about Son of Kostya. Technically he's well schooled but I dunno there's just something missing. Horn was really terrible, though. It was like a wild drunk vs a boxer.

Is there any drug testing in this fight? Tszyu looks like on PEDS.

Tszy looks like he is going to keep fighting. He needs more fights but he fought a dirty fighter and beat him. It is never easy to fight a guy who likes to use every bone in his head and arms to help himself along in a fight. Not throwing dirt it is a fight after all. I enjoyed the fight but after what happened with Pac and Horn I mean fight ah Back to school for him. Arum will make money on a bigger fight if it develops even if his name is only mentioned and not in ink. Promoters promote. Good knock around.

Kid has the tools to be a solid fighter but needs more seasoning so put him in with Jorge Cota and if he absolutely schools or obliterates him then step him up another notch!

I liked his ring IQ, inside fighting, roughing up without fouling, distance control and ability!

He might be one of those guys who’s just all around very good but nothing special, best thing is that he can fight different styles an adjust!

Hope to see more of him!

There's never gonna be stars like Tyson again under the current business models in sport. Tszyu aint bad, but they'll build him up and drag him down for not being what they, and not he himself, said he'll was gonna be.
