Comments Thread For: Andy Ruiz Checks Dillian Whyte: Stop Playing The Victim Card!

Former unified heavyweight champion Andy Ruiz is fed up with division rival Dillian Whyte, who suffered a brutal knockout on Saturday night. Whyte, who was the mandatory challenger to the WBC title, was knocked out cold in the fifth round of his bout with Alexander Povetkin at Matchroom's Fight Camp in Brentwood.

When did Whyte expect sympathy? i dont think at any point post fight he's asked for sympathy. just a ****** thing to attack him with.

He didn't shake povetkin's hand in the moment, but a few seconds later they bumped fists ie he acknowledged him but out of principle wasnt going to shake his hand in that moment. They shook hands later, more than once. So not really a big deal that. i don't think it was meant as disrespect.

no one is trashier than andy ruiz with his ****** parties and fake teeth, trying to be something he isn't. his attitude after the aj fight where he kept on dissing aj was pure trash.
You'd hope when someone who's perhaps struggled a little bit in life, is given something...they don't get consumed by it completely.

This tweet (from sporting icons) sums it up best

I was thinking about this earlier. DillianWhyte
has had 36 fights amateur and pro combined. Fought AJ twice, Chisora twice, Parker, Povetkin, Rivas, Helenius, undefeated Browne. WBC Interim and Silver Champ, British Champ, WBC number 1. Trolls can **** the **** clean off!!

Sporting Icons is a big Whyte fan to be fair, and I had to lol at the 'undefeated Browne' part. Haha. Did you know that GGG defeated THE undefeated Dominic Wade?

Anyway, I expected and expect people to get 'hashtag triggered' by Ruiz's comments.

Is Lucas browne even in top 100? He can't even hold down a bouncing job anymore.

He was hands picked by Eddie for whyte, from the other side of the world, as he is one of the few boxers bad enough, to guarantee whyte a highlight reel ko.

All Whyte has to do is win a rematch vs Povetkin, I want to say emphatically. If he then gets a title shot and is handled easily he will have filled his role perfectly.

The Chocolate Rhino from Jamaica got his ass flattened by a 40 year old from Russia who's seen better days. And we're supposed to believe this character was going to pose a threat to Wilder? Hahahahahahahahahaha!!!!! Some of you Brits will believe any blather from your fighters.

They can write a million articles about whyte, but the truth will never change. 2x confirmed PED Cheat. Resume filled with crooked judge gift wins. China chin. Big mouth. No fans. Pictures of Eddie with a *******

When did Whyte try to play the “Victim card” since he lost? If Ruiz is looking for that card, all he needs to do is look across to his stablemate Wilder, his fans for all the victim card played from his last fight. Ruiz is still triggered that Whyte called him fat whilst they were trashtalking? He really need to get out of the boxing game if he couldn’t handle rivals trashtalking him.

What gets me is, they have something to brag about, but they treat Fury like a step child. They swear AJ is going to beat him and junkyard Whyte has a shot.
