Finally watched the fight in detail. Prior the the 12th and Final Round, I had it 104 - 106 in favor of Maskaev. I scored the 3rd even.

But do you notice the defense by Rahman in the final round? Its the same defense that he employed his second time against Lewis.

I personally had it 106-103 Rahman heading into the 12th there were some close rounds that could have gone to either guy IMO.
