Anthony Yarde will take on Dec Spelman, in what will prove an ideal chance to directly compare himself against potential future foe Lyndon Arthur - who last month edged Spelman on points behind-closed-doors. Yarde challenged for a World Title against Sergey Kovalev in 2019 and has been absent since his Russian mission - where he came within seconds of toppling the legendary champion.

Wait Lartey? Is that one of the Ghanaian gold miners that Dubois fought a few fights ago? The ones whose visa wasn’t approved until the day before the fight? But guess what that fight still went ahead, Frank Warren didn’t switch him as an opponent. But with DDD next opponent he switch him right away and made excuses about MRA and MRI with fews still left for the fight....Hmmm

What's the point in matching Gorman/Larty in a Commonwealth title eliminator when neither will get a shot at champion Daniel Dubois. Also while I'm here what's the point of the IBF Euro title?

The world moved forward yet warrens same failing strategy remains in place hoping some magic will randomly reignite his previous success.

I just don’t get these fights.. Yarde v Spellman? If Yarde is world class then why is he fighting Spellman as a warm up to fight Lyndon Arthur lol

Are they just going to dine out on that one round he won against Kovalev forever?

Warren snatching defeat out of the mouth of victory. Yarde gets a pablum diet and without cutting his teeth, Kovalev in Russia. What was that about? Russia, not Las Vegas, not even New York. Josh probably left before Warren booked him in Moscow.
