Hearn: Whyte-Povetkin rematch in November, Whyte win would force immediate mandatory

Eddie Hearn said he’s going to try and throw Dillian whyte into a rematch as quickly as possible, before the fury wilder rematch so that if whyte wins the WBC can install whyte as the immediate mandatory and order fury or wilder to fight him next. He said he’s going to do everything possible to force WBC to install either whyte or Povetkin as immediate mandatory for fury vs wilder.

WTFFFFF why is Hearn so desperate to get whyte to fight Fury or wilder. He’s never been this desperate to get whyte his world title fight. It’s like he is TRYING desperately to put an obstacle in the way of AJ vs fury happening.

FFS this AJ/ Fury fight is NEVER going to happen. This is why UFC is starting to take over, SMH!

No it wouldn’t, the mandatory resets . The winner gets the mandatory on the date they win it ,an immediate title fight wouldn’t happen . Povetkin is the mandatory now ,if Whyte wins it’s not the same date he once had prior to his loss . Whyte lost that immediate match losing to Povetkin.
