Shawn Porter is not a draw.

The ratings are not looking good for his fight on Saturday.

He is clearly not an A-side fighter and it was delusional of him to expect Crawford to cross the street to fight him when he can't draw flies or sell out a family dinner as Spence would say.

lol...when did anyone say he was an a-side fighter or claim he was a draw...lol

kenny porter "call us we can make a fight"

week later bud craword on camera "nah thats not on our radar...nothing there for me"

meanwhile the pbc hating crowd is claiming that thurman asked for 10 mil cause bomac said so lol.....why would he be asking thurman for a fight...nothing there for crawford there either?!?!

when will you schleps realize that none of these promoters want to do business with other one unless they have to or theres money too good to pass up?

bob arum has told us awhile back he didnt want to do spence/crawford until it was big enough for a big ppv....bob arums history of doing in house fights combined with that comment tell us all you need to know...combined with him telling us what a flop crawford was on ppv

wilder/fury 2 was easily made because it was in demand with a huge buzz and both sides saw they could make money....bob isnt going to make money on a fight with danny, porter or thurman...he can only make money on those fights if he gets them cheaply(which isnt going to happen...when i say cheaply i mean below their market value and current purses for good fights) or he has a piece of them

if bob had the pbc roster of WWs and the pbc had one big name....bob wouldnt even think about doing business with the pbc....we all know this

bob can throw out the names of garcia, thurman and porter so people can buy into it all..i get it..i know what hes doing...hes a promoter...hes keeping crawford name out there amongst the top dogs..i get it...but he doesnt want to make those fights...he wont make any money .....those fights arent big enough...what he needs is spence to keep winning and that will be a big enough fight to do.....the other ones are not ones he can profit from.....he can keep floating their names its fine.....just dont buy his BS when it comes to ducking...he doesnt want those fights....hell say he does.....but hes shown his hand when crawford shot down the fight once kenny porter piped up and said "call us"......its not profitable for bud to fight danny, porter or thurman

Lmao...who the FOOK in boxing is much of a draw these days?!

Other than Canelo and HW trio, old 42 year old Manny is STILL the cash cow amongst the boxing elite.
          That’s FOOKING wild bro.

He's probably not a draw because aside from his commentating personality and those PBC talk shows, his fight style overall is rough to watch. He's pretty dirty. A lot of hitting and mauling on the inside smothering his own work. Too much hit and hold similar to Hatton. He'll run in swinging up until he can clinch you. Rinse and repeat. It's not eye pleasing despite seeming as if it should be since he's coming forward attacking.

For entertainment value at WW while excluding Pac, I'd say, Spence Jr. and Crawford up there for exciting fight style about even. Next followed by Thurman, then Garcia. Last I'd probably put Porter.

Porter never said he wanted Crawford to cross the street. And I think we're going to see a log of diminished ratings this year.

That Crawford-obsessed sociopath revelated says it all the time, and he uses fights where Porter was a B-side as proof that he's a draw.
