Comments Thread For: Gallimore: Rosario Has Explosive Power In Both Hands; Short Night If Charlo Is Aggressive

Nathaniel Gallimore is as familiar as any fighter with Jeison Rosario's power. Gallimore took Rosario's hardest punches well when they fought in April 2017 and stopped the hard-hitting Dominican in the sixth round in Las Vegas. Three years later, Gallimore remains the only opponent to beat Rosario, who since has upset Julian Williams by fifth-round technical knockout to win the IBF, IBO and WBA 154-pound championships.

Rosario is not the same fighter today than when he fought Gallimore. He's improved a lot since and matured physically.

Still fights the same way to be honest just had someone not so durable like J-Rock in front of him and capitalized.

Pretty certain Charlo is NOT going to employ the same tactics against Rosario as he did against Harrison.

Gallimore is durable and a decent fighter, but his ceiling seems to be "just good". He has no upside in terms of talent and Rosario would stop him for sure in a rematch. I don't think he's beating Fundura tonight, though. He will lose by decision like he normally does when he steps up.

Gallimore got completely pieced up by Lubin (in my opinion the best talent in the division). Rasario will try to come downhill on Charlo, in which Charlo doesn't have chin issues like Jrock and is superfit. Look for a late stoppage by Charlo. Charlo usually gives ground to early pressure.

Charlo by stoppage. Mentally Gallimore isn't all that sharp, especially if thinks Rosario will ko Charlo
