I don't see it happening. I feel like Oscar vs Conor is the fight that'll be getting made to a fairly nice casual fan interest that'll make both some $$$.

If OP's fight were to happen I'd lean towards Limpy Martinez just cuz he's the bigger man & has been inactive for less time, although technically I guess he's already back to bring active now.

Fresher means Sergiowas fighting a few years ago where as Oscar hasn’t fought in 12 years and his body has rotted away. Sergio was fighting elite boxers just a couple years ago, he’s stayed in shape. His body is fresher than oscars.
