He's going to move up to 147 soon and wasn't getting Taylor or Ramirez any time soon anyways. Postol I believe is with the PBC so that fight could happen if Prograis stays at 140. And maybe this is only a two fight deal where he gets a tune up next and then maybe Broner early 2021 and then can hit the open market again.
