I doubt VADA made any trips to Portugal especially during this COVID mess I know VADA is worldwide you don't have to tell me that but do they have an agency that administers their tests in Portugal? I'll wait for you to find one because they don't just fly people all over the world so they can wait for testing that is usually multiple times during a training camp that is idiotic and a waste of money they contract out testing agencies who meet their specifications guaranteed.

Don't believe me go look at Goodmans information online she specifically states that they use Certified Doping Collection Officers and WADA accredited laboratories to do testing it is not one universal lab or only a certain number of VADA employees who collect samples it is a collective and I doubt they have any certified doping collection officers based in Portugal especially with the crisis smartass.
