he seems to know his stuff, has power, movement, lots of angles... and takes a good shot, too!
this will be a good one.

This will go the same way as Zaveck - Berto 2011. Formella will have some success in early rounds, but Porter will destroy him by aggression. Euro welterweights are too soft.

im not sure if the guys like Butaev or Lipinets are considered as "Euro" welterweights but they are definitely not "too soft"

The Germans have a long history of good technical boxers and this one appears to be no different. Usually people feast on no hopers with losing records when moving up, that combined record he has faced in welterweights and the top level sparring he has had leads me to believe he is better than UK fans are giving him credit for. Statistically he should have lost by now, he hasn’t. German boxers have always been underrated and like Axel Schulz, they seem to pull off huge feats now and then even when they arnt suppose to.

Are the betting odds posted yet for this fight? Upset coming Saturday. Formella can have a B- performance and win vs Porter, C level skill set...

'Man Bun' Formella is a good fighter, not a great fighter. I don't see Porter having significant trouble with him unless he doesn't bring the linebacker.
