... "you’ve got Dillian Whyte who’s gonna be the mandatory for Fury. Fury’s gotta fight Wilder, AJ’s gotta fight Pulev. But we have agreed with Fury and his team that we’ll do those two fights next year," Hearn said.

    What?

So Edward believes a unification between Fury and AJ happens in 2021..

Is he telling us that he's getting Whyte to step aside or that he doesn't believe Whyte can beat Fury?

At least Edward lets Whyte knows where he stands, even if it's through the media...

Is the unification first priority or is it the Fury/AJ fight? It sounds like Eddie is only bringing up mandatories as an excuse as to why the fight cannot happen next year.

He has said he believes Tyson may drop the belt (or get elevated same thing really) and AJ might still fight him. He can't get Whyte to step aside, unless Arum comes up with some cash and Hearn pays of Usyk. Whyte has a fight be fight contract so Hearn has nothing to push him around with.

Didn’t he say that if Fury vacates that he’d spoken to Joshua and AJ wants the belts regardless of who’s holding them and would fight Whyte.

Or there is no step aside and the only way fury and Joshua fight is after fury defeats Whyte.
Oh what a tangled web we weave Eddie.
