Whatever Arum and ESPN can Afford

It is clearly they're done spending money on Bud Opponents because of the failure of Crawford vs Khan. He is not a Priority like Loma and Fury so they will just find him whatever they can afford maybe a Custio Calyton somebody like that while blame the Pandemic, PBC and PBC Boxers for him fighting an opponent nobody knows that well.

I actually seen Custio Clayton fights on youtube, Solid fighter and a BIG Welterweight, could be a very live Underdog for a lot of these Top Welterweights if given the opportunity. Bud might as well go ahead and fight him, he was #1 by the WBO at one time, not sure what happened or why he fell in their Ranks.
