This is probably not a popular opinion but I think fully fit and motivated Fury would have everything to beat even Prime Mike. Dude is 6'8, 6'9 and extremely hard to hit and elusive when he is fully concentrated. Plus could lean on 5:10 Mike whole fight.

But Mike was freak of nature though, even being only 5'10.
    Who's MaTyson?

Is that Mike Tyson's grandmother? I go with her if Tyson Fury is not motivated.

    Jk

Tyson Fury is way too big and rangy for any version of Mike Tyson to overcome him if he comes in properly trained.

Sure he has physical and athletic ability but one is going to have to have skill and power in order to defeat Iron Mike. Prime for prime Mike would be the most fundamentally sound, scientific and complete boxer that Fury has ever faced.

Tyson Fury needs to start making some title defenses first before we start comparing him to all-time greats. We all need to slow down on this coronation of Tyson Fury as one of the greatest fighters of all time nonsense.
      Wow, my precise thoughts.

          Fury 6'9" 280lbs

Mike Tyson stands zero chance, he would have to jump to reach Fury's chin.
I know you like Tyson Fury, but he is no genetic marvel.

If Tyson Fury was not a boxer, and you saw him walking down the street 'You would think he was a regular pub goer'.

Besides from his height, he is not a impressive athlete 'Mike Tyson was a genetic marvel and impressive athlete, so mocking his height is irrelevant'.

Tyson Fury is 280 lbs, but lets not try and make out 'That he is solid at the weight'.

The same people saying Tyson beats Fury, are the same people who said Wilder beats Fury. Interesting...

All BS aside, we all know Tyson Fury would have Mike Tyson beat before the opening bell. Tyson was only good when people were terrified of him. Fury would be anything but.

Tua was pretty good. Not prime Mike level, but still.

Interesting, but they say Usyk is too small for modern hw division.

But still, they believe small hw-s from the past, like Mike, would finish Fury in a few rounds. Strange folks.

People try and make out that Tyson Fury is solid outside of the ring 'In reality, Tyson Fury from my observation has lived abit of sheltered life' He is not this bare knuckle street fighter, that people try and make him out to be etc

I think Fury would be shook, he was shook vs David Haye speaking 1 million miles per hour in their press conferences.

An uppercut on his way out of a clinch sends Fury crashing to the canvas in a manner like the smaller Steve Cunningham did.

The thing is I do always seem to pick against Fury and he keeps shutting me up, I saw no way he was going to beat Klitschko or Wilder the first time round (which I think he did) and even in the rematch I picked Wilder to get him outta there so I wouldn't argue with anyone picking Fury vs Mike but I got Mike by TKO late
Even prime Mike hated someone with a good jab and Fury can outsize and outmuscle him on the inside.

He is a genetic marvel for the sheer athleticism and speed he has at his immense weight and frame.
