I voted for the PBC, especially based off of what Garcia said in that interview you posted. Seems like it takes events like this for people to speak out.

        The fix was in
        Money money money
Who to blame is whoever has most to gain from it
        Very simple mathematics
        1+1 =2 in just about everybody’s home , not 1.5 not 2.5
Better question is who has most to gain from this ?

I would blame 'the game'...promoters have too much at stake with their young prospects, they invest too much money in them to let them get a loss, if they can help it...the more 'special' the prospect, the more the promoter will try to protect him...I blame the commission for allowing it to go on, if I had to place blame on one in particular

To put another way...do you most blame the 'criminal' orchestrating the crime (in this case Haymon/Floyd), or do you most blame the shady cops who are part of the scheme (in this case the judges), or do you most blame the group who will say they don't know anything about it, but very very likely do...and this group is powerful and supposed to be looking out for our interests and stopping things like this (in this case the commission)

... and Bernstein showed he's a company man when he said before the decision "... there were some very close rounds, so you never know...."

Trueee, I get what youre saying HOWEVERRRR....If the judges were COMPETENT then outside forces would NOT be able sway their decision regardless of politics, money etc.

when a robbery is this blatant and obvious u cant just look at the judges. you gotta look at who's throwing money in their pocket ...

those scorecards pretty much said all Rollie had to do to win was stay on his feet

and Bernstein lost whatever respect I had for him. he is corrupt and crooked and he proved that tonight
