I think this fight may happene, for a couple of reasons.
Guys ranked from 15 to 10 in the WBA won't be fighting for it, Arreola and Ruiz are in the top 9, both will be fighting each other so they won't be fighting charr. Kownacki just lost, Usyk is fighting chisora, helenius might fight for it but will he risk his position?
That leave bryan and ortiz, bryan has been inactive and might not want to give up his position either, 3 years inactive. Ortiz has just lost to former wbc champion, and he can get this fight, charr will swerve, but not if the bag is right, haymon has to give charr a ridiculous bag so ortiz can fight him
