    Nonito Donaire: Pinoy or American

    Ive heard a few different things on him, i always forte he was born and raised in the PI, then moved to the US.

    Ive read a few things where people think differently?

        If you think Donaire is more American than Pnoy then you have not met him. I met him once back in the gym in the Philippines, he's a bisaya, he speaks very much like a bisaya when you converse him with our native language and acts like one.

          My co-worker a while back didn't know I liked Boxing and then we talked and he showed me a picture of him in a house with Nonito and other friends and as it turned out, they knew each other well. This is in San Leandro, CA which has a high population of Filipinos.

            Nonito was born in the Philippines then came here at 5-6 years old he was raised in San Leandro, Ca atleast that’s what he told me.
