Maybe Bash Ali Age 50 Should Move to Heavyweight

When will Bash Ali Born February 27, 1956 fight again ?
He has quite the KO record.

He fought last in August 2004. Its about time for another few rounds.

Bash Ali says he would not waiver until he meets his dream of becoming the oldest boxer to win a world title fight. The World Boxing Federation (WBF) has issued a provisional approval for a world championship bout, pitching Bash Ali, who is the cruiser weight champion against America's Jim Strohl, the super cruiser weight champion.

"My goal is to become the oldest boxer to win a world title," he said. "Victory for me at this age would place me in the Guinness Book of World Records as the oldest boxer to win a world title.

"The current holder of the Guinness Book of World Records is Joe Bugner, who achieved the feat at the age of 49 and 110 days. My goal is to erase that record at 49, maybe at 50 and some days by the time the fight will take place in March," he emphasised.

"The NBB of C is solidly behind Bash Ali, and we are working hand-in-hand to see that this fight holds.
