With full random Olympic style drug testing I would pick Duran. Both on the same stuff I would pick Duran. Performance enhanced Pacquiao vs non enhanced Duran I would still go with Duran.

I honestly think Pacquiao's deceptive command of range and blinding speed would allow him to outbox and take a decision against Duran. I think that career vs. career Duran is probably better but I think it's not a good matchup for him. I wouldn't write him off entirely but if you made me bet I'd put it on Pacquiao.

What people are not understanding is Duran would be the biggest and hardest puncher pacquaio has ever faced....de la Hoya , cotto ,maywether , Mosley etc all came from the lightweights like Duran but punch for punch Duran was a monster compared with those.....I like pacquaio but I think Duran would have have broken pac down and stopped him..Duran would love it in there with pacquaio because it would be a tear up and would be in his element.

I think Duran also fought better guys than Pacquiao or Mayweather did . Duran fought RSL three times, beat him once. before that, Duran beat Palomino, ex lineal welterweight champ. Hagler went distance with him. Duran beat Barkley for middleweight WBC title, he did it when he was around 38. Barkley was huge compared to Duran.

In his first world title fight, Duran beat Buchanan, lineal lightweight champ. He beat Davey Moore, a big puncher, for jr. middleweight title.

Duran was a monster. he had many losses, but he was in many great fights.
