Sad story. Hope he gets better. I think he was on drugs and alcohol through his career and he was a good and dangerous fighter for anyone. Didnt like him when he first started fighting but eventually grew to appreciate him

This is just another bad news all the way.Honestly , 2020 I thought is going to be the year that boxing will be major sport again but 2020 remains an overhyped year. My idea might sound paternalistic and outdated but it worked for Iverson in 🏀 when Reebok invested part of his earnings on his behalf . He will be getting 32 million dollars at 55. Is it time to enforce 20 or 30% of fighters' purse to put in a kind of those safe trust funds? We can't just be blaming the promoters all the time and I say they ain't saint. But when you blow 100M, 200M , 300M and Millions earnings, You have a financial literacy problem. Tyson, Holyfield and Mayorga, the list goes on. I pray 🙏 Mayorga wins this battle.
