As per Arum fight will happen !

Teofimo Lopez vs. Vasiliy Lomachenko: Bob Arum hopes to finalize fight soon for Oct.3

Arum told SiriusXMBoxing that IBF lightweight champion Teofimo (15-0, 12 KOs) has come to his senses, and he understands that the money isn’t there for him to get his desired purse.

So fingers crossed the fight will happen !!!

    Can't wait !

The point is that Loma is willing to take another pay cut (or he did already) just to beat the shhit out of that punk.

That being said Loma is looking for legacy not for money. He already said that before he is in the sport to fight the best and retire

Beating a kid with 15 fights shouldn't enhance anyone's legacy, unless that fighter's resume was already crap.

"The kid" is a lightweight champion and per many boxers like prograis he is a real deal. So your opinion is irrelevant

How can you be sure the fight will happen? Arum say 1.25 million is enough for Lopez and he won't offer more. I agree wit Arum. Lopez says 1.25 million is not nearly enough and he wants a lot more.that sure sounds like his fight won't happen. I would love to see this fight but that is up to Lopez to say yes or no.
