I personally will give all due credit. I think the wreck is irrelevant honestly. It was Spence fault he got drunk and crashed a car.

I would give him props
Although Spence might be damaged goods , I’d still give Garcia props cause even as a damaged man , this is a fight Spence should win imo

The Pandemic shutting things down benefits Spence Jr and gave him even more time to recover. He say he is good and Derrick James he looks better and "Hitting Harder" than he did before the Accident

It would be a massive upset to me and I'll give him a ton of credit. Even if Spence limps into the ring. He's still about a -1,200 favorite to me.

A lot. Garcia doesn't have a lot of fans on NSB, but he's the guys who took Matthyse's scalp and put and end to the Amir Khan hype machine. Adding Spence's to the list this late in his career would be a big deal; would definitely secure him a fight with Pacquiao.
