Brewster/Liakovich was a good scrap no doubt but lets not get carried the **** away!

It was not fought at a high level and it did not involve fighters at the top of thier game...or should I say elite fighters.

Your telling me that Brewster and Liakovich was a better scrap then Ike vs. Tua...if you are then your wrong...your telling me that Brewster/Liakovich was a better scrap then Lewis vs. Klitchko?

With this said Liakovich and Brewster is in my mind this years best HW scrap.

it was better than Lennox vs. Vitali for sure because that fight only lasted 6 rounds and they were both dead tired in the last 2. But I forgot about Ibeabuchi vs. Tua, which is probably the best heavyweight fight ever. Can't believe I forgot that one!!!

brewster vs lyakovich was much better than rahman/maskaev

brew/lyko just had so much more ebb and flow to the fight, a lot of drama throughout.

i remember telling my brother around the 6th round "brewster has 2 round knock this guy out or he is gonna lose"

and he came out and pounded lyko on the ropes and dropped him you were thinking my god hes gonna pull it off. but when lyko got up brewster was spent and i will not forget the heart and courage he showed to stay on his feet through what became a very vicious beating at certain points.

rahman/maskaev was only rewarding to me as a fan in that i was proven right about all the harsh and critical things ive said about rahman. dont get me wrong, i love the 12 round KO just as much as the next guy, but it wasnt that dramatic, rahman took a couple shots that lyko or brewster would have swallowed up and he cracked like an egg, piece of no good crap that he is.
