Donaire vs Inoue is A FOREVER CLASSIC!

Man... still one of my favorite fights to watch. Donaire’s heart to want and win in Japan was the real deal. Also Inoue’s speed and skills is a thrill to watch, but you funna get wrecked by the OG! Reminds me of Collazo going in on Thurman.

I will say, Donaire figured Inoue with his right hand. He was tagging Inoue over the jab and almost knocked him down. With this I say a strong sharpshooter and Inoue is going down. I don’t fancy Nery beating Inoue. I think Orthodox has better chance against Inoue, unless Nery Can get close and land a mean right hook.

Bro. Hard to say. Let’s see Estrada vs Gonzalez’s this time. Though I’d say if Gallo can stop Gonzalez in the first half, that mindset might help him against Inoue. Though Inoue is hungry now. And I think Donaire hits harder than Estrada. Man Donaire vs Inoue was such a great fight. The Flash came to fight. Old School bonafide P4P

Donaires best weapon is his left hook.

The reason why Inoue got tagged a bunch was because his orbital bone was broken in the 2nd round and he needed to protect that side of his face.

Inoues short comings is that despite his excellent offense he has pretty subpar defense. This will probably affect him at higher weights because his power won't translate and bigger/longer guys will be willing to trade with him.

We've also never seen his chin seriously tested either.

That's not taking anything away from Donaire. He fought a great fight and proved he can still be elite. He exposed some possible shortcomings that we've yet to see in inoue.

Its up to inoue to adapt his style for higher weights but I dont see him moving past 126. You either want to trade with him and or move/counter punch. If you're unwilling to do either you won't win i.e. donaire being a counterpuncher himself.

Right, great points. I do agree that donaire hits harder especially that left hook but I don’t hunk gallo is more technical and throws better combinations... styles make fights I’d love to see Inoue vs Estrada or nery
