Freddie Roach said he could see the IV marks on De La Hoya from where they had tried to rehydrate him. He obviously weight drained himself. Never fought again.

Canelo after losing to Floyd went on to become a top P4P fighter.
The IV that dela hoya take give him extra advantage just like Floyd but a prime pac was just too much for dela hoya.

If pac fought canelo I'm 100% sure that canelo would have been long retired in boxing but since it was floyd he was still very capable of fighting again cus floyd couldn't even gave him a scratch.

          Let’s see

Mayweather was what 35-36 which is old as f.uck, the fight is a divisions he really has no business in fighting the top dogs , Canelos was younger and much bigger , Usually In a fight like this 98% of the time it’s strictly for the New Champ to build his rep off the Old Champs Scalp .
Mayweather took Canelos 0 and has handed him his only loss of his career ( But we all know he should have a couple more ) He didn’t need the Jusges help in fact Most thought Floyd pitched a shutout And made Canelo look like a amateur Who didn’t belong . Since then Canelos ( with the help of Judges / Sanctioning Bodies and careful Opponet selection) is viewed by most as # 1 P4P fighter , was #1 at MW & got straps at 168 & 175 and is a lock for the HOF

It was the exact opposite in Pac / Oscar. And a typical passing of the torch fight

Pac was prime and Oscar was 35 years past his best days and was batting 500. The last 10-12 fights and was in a cycle for the last 4-5 years of his career where he’d lose to a A class fighter in a big money fight then go get a win off a B/C Class fighter so the public could believe he had a chance when he’d go fight in another big $ fight against a A class fighter only for him to lose again.at this point in his career sometimes He needed gifts from the judges to beat The B/C Fighters ( Sturm ) . The only reason people thought Oscar had a chance was the size difference. But both played their part to perfection with Pac beat living sh.it out of Oscar took his scalp and sent him into retirement and introduced himself to a larger audience and was on his way to being a big PPV draw.

Floyd is also a champion at 154 div and that waa a unification fight. If floyd hasn't fought at 154lbs then it's understandable why he drained canelo but that wasn't the case.

Floyd cherry pick canelo and was the massive favorite to win while on the other side it was dela hoya who cherry pick pacquiao and also the massive favorite to beat pac that's why it was very clear that pac performance and win against hoya is better than floyd against canelo.

              - -JoyBoy eked a hotly disputed split decision and then ducked out in the middle of extensive Oscar promotions of the same fight Manny was tapped to save.

Vastly superior results by Manny and a forever massive brown stain on the cowardice of TUE 51-0 on top of his growing number of little poots.

Except Oscar was out weighed by Manny on fight night, which means Oscar was as dehydrated as can be, dead man walking that should have been in hospital not a professional fight.

Floyd beat a 17lb bigger ODH, 17lbs work that out ****** lol, that 17lb bigger Oscar runs Manny over like a bug, dam Manny would not even fight a guy he already beat at that weight in Cotto, draining is the only way Manny could win those two fights, thats why he refused to fight Cotto without a CW twice.

Manny is always looking for an advantage he made his name of draining his two biggest wins Oscar and Cotto, both would put Manny to sleep at 154 which was a weight Manny held a belt.

Manny is a paper tiger with loads of asterisks throughout his career.

You have no clue what you are talking about, Manny was 148lbs against Oscar on fight, look what he was fight night at 135.

You dont even know the real weights of your hero lol he has been within 4lb on fight night from 130 to 154 , youre typical fanboy thats knows nothing but hype.
