I keep hearing how Manny was a super underdog for DLH and how the bookies had him at like a 2000 to 1 underdog or w.e and THEY are the experts and I always pose the same question. Is that before or after DLH showed up with IV marks.

Because nobody in their right mind would consider him the favorite when he weighed less then Manny at the weigh in.

I remember Team DLH showing a video of him training....Twiggy DeLa Hoya

I was impressed that DLH can lose so much weight.

Not sure if this is a serious question?

Freddie Roach said he could see the IV marks on De La Hoya from where they had tried to rehydrate him. He obviously weight drained himself. Never fought again.

Canelo after losing to Floyd went on to become a top P4P fighter.

A Pac cult member made this nonsense thread so it has to be a joke.

Canelo was green and weight drained, not yet in his prime

De la Hoya was shot and weight drained, well past his prime

both very questionable victories, but I guess Floyd over Canelo is slightly better

Well, dlh was the proven.one with all the experience and was at end of his career and after beating Pac have him.you can't blame dlh. Doesn't mean to say dlh.couldn't hav e recorded good wins and comeback if he wanted to.

Nel o was young and had potential so why does it surprise you he'd go on to win fights after losing to floyd? But nelo.has surprised many because he's not did too much before losing to floyd so people didn't really know where nel o would end up it was up for debate. Many people Floyd beat disappeared after.losing to floyd so does Floyd get discredited? What happened to guerrero, ssm, ortiz, maidana, berto?
But snapshot in time at time Pac was underdog and Floyd was favourite as nel o wasn't top ten, was green and drained.
Nel o had a lot to overcome

That's right, De La Hoya was at the end of his career. Nowhere close to prime.

I'm not qualified to judge this one because I didn't see the FMJ Nelo fight but I can say that Pac's victory over DLH impressed me. Pac was all over DLH. DLH was certainly past his prime but hey wasn't Pac also?

Even after the weigh in there is no one gave pac a chance all they predict was what round dela hoya would ko a tiny pac.
