Not necessarily , Mike said he’s going out to destroy Jones to prove a point ,in my experience watching Tyson since his early days before anyone knew him I would take his word and would expect he doesn’t follow that exhibition script,even Teddy Atlas has warned every one Mikes exhibition bouts he got him in usually turn out as nightmares for whoever step in the ring .

It’s not cool at all, most young posters that infiltrate the forum have never watched boxing in the early 80”s . It’s why they get things wrong a lot ,living in different eras are a clear advantage how you perceive things in combat sports. It’s why there was a huge bandwagon jump,on Wilder, guys like him would not be so highly promoted in Mikes day ,the invention of social media makes it possible to really promote any fighter any way you want .
