My least favourite commentators are Lennox Lewis and SRL. Great boxers but as soon as I hear them I'm just like ffs. I can't zone them out either.

the worst co-commentator who's been consistently terrible is the little guy in the uk, dave coldwell.
when matchroom were putting on US/dazn cards, sky sports were picking up the cards for the uk, but usually doing a cheap job by sending in their Z team of commentators.
not only do they have zero interest, they're also lowkey hating eg andrade fight, dave coldwell was hating.
i dont like the fake ar5ekissing you see on espn/fox but i also dont want lowkey hate becaue deep down there's a sense of rivarly between sky sports and dazn building up.

I don't care for his commentating either but I think Caldwell has risen quite high up the ladder in recent years. He's far from a Z-tier guy for Sky now. At least that is how I perceive things.

Haney brings in revenue. Paulie doesn't. Nobody watches the fights for Paulie. There are double standards depending on where you are in life. And I heard a couple of fighters complained about it too. And he refused to apologize. Paulie is not a victim. This is not about being PC. This is about him saying something and suffering the consequences of his words. That's called life.

SRL is just monotone, so he comes off as boring, but everything he says during commentary makes sense. it’s not like Al Bernstein is a thrill either. If I want “keys to victory” I rather hear it from an Atlas or a SRL than Bernstein.
