Callum Smith is worth whatever he can get for a fight. If he thinks he's worth more than whatever Canelo is offering fight then so be it.
That doesn't mean he's ducking or greedy. That means he feels his services are worth more than what is being offered. Maybe he's wrong and maybe he's right but that's for the market to decide.
The difference between Floyd and Canelo is Floyd didn't need a big name opponent to draw big numbers. Canelo is not a star on that level.
Just like his potential opponents must weight the cost vs benefit of fighting him he has to do the same for them.
